Create forum accounts: 1.1 With nicknames containing web-links, offensive or obscene language, associated with racism. 1.2 Duplicating existing forum users. 1.3 To continue the dialogue at a forum after a ban on other/main account (We punish people, not accounts, so the use of the forum can be continued only after the expiration of the punishment imposed. All duplicate accounts will be banned permanently). 1.4 Contained in the avatars, signatures, photographs images of pornography, scenes of violence. 2. Create topics: 2.1 Already discussed on the forum. Use search to find answers to your questions. 2.2 In an inappropriate forum boards. Off-topic will be moved to an appropriate forum. 2.3 In several forums simultaneously, or several identical topics in one forum. 2.4 With poorly informative names, such as "Help!" or "Question". Topic name should reflect the general content of a topic. 2.5 Contained in the title coarse expressions, insult other forum users, slander the administration of the project or the violation of any other of these rules. 2.6 Contained calls to leave the server or messages, informing other people of you leaving the server. 3. Post messages containing: 3.1 Disrespectful speech or defamation addressed to the server administration or the project itself. 3.2 Appeals to racism, incitement of ethnic hatred. 3.3 False information. 3.4 Commercial advertising, advertising of other projects, any vk/fb groups and pages, referral links. 3.5 Offensive statements about other users, all kinds of provocation. 3.6 Flood (meaningless replies), too often "bumps" of topics (bumps are allowed once every 6 hours). 3.7 Maximum quotes on posts of other forum members - 5. 3.8 Excessive use of capital letters (Caps Lock), letter's size and colour. 3.9 Contained in the pictures, videos etc photographs images of pornography, scenes of violence. 4. Discussion in any way: 4.1 Actions of the forum administration/moderators. Use private messages to contact the administration. 5. Posting in any language except English in "English-speaking Community Forums". Posting in other languages is allowed in special sections of "Other Languages Communities Forums". Exception - post on foreign language with following translation to English from any online translator, and Recruiting section (creating topics on foreign language and answering in those topics on the same language. Posting in other languages that topic itself is still forbidden). If you want to create your language community, contact the forums administration. 6. Uploading logs of communication with the administration without permission. Forum community should: 1.
