Adena rates

It has been asked and replied, but I'm still not quite sure I get it.

RUoff Classic started with about 1/6 adena rate, but has recently trippled it to 1/2. We are meant to have 3x RUoff Classic rates.

Does that mean we will actually get nine times the original 1/6 adena rate (a total of 1,5x)? Or 3x the original 1/6 (=1/2), and thus the same as RUoff has now?

​So that means it will be same rates as it is now on RUoff. They increased rates after 1.0 are you going to follow same path then? Have it x3 for 1.0 and then double it?

the goal now is to run it as it was on 1.0 but with x3 rates. After, and according to players experiences and feedbacks, we will decide the changes we are going to implement and the ones we gonna skip.
