Mmm if the new poison comes from the same mob we have a problem, but if the poison come from two differents mobs they actually should stack, or am i wrong?

Its the first time I see smth like this, but if its normal then okay - no bug, but feature.

it's normal . you should be happy that not  critical poison cause you will be left with 1 hp
