Can use this ac and ps on website.

Hello. Connection issue. Activate Telnet in windows ( you can google how to do it ), then open CMD and type: telnet 190.115.18.15 2106 ( you must see or clear window or some symbols )

In CMD: tracert 190.115.18.15

At some point there might be closed tracert ports at data centers side, but in our data center it's opened, so just wait.

That connection was blocked somewhere in US. There are proxy option or contact provider. Proxy might not help.

You can try, but also you can just call your provider and tell that you can't connect to IP 190.115.18.15

At server selection screen try to choose EU proxy first, if won't able to login, log out, enter login + pass again and this time try some another proxy first.

I have the same problem. I can log in at the site,but not in L2. When I try to enter it's just crushing w/o any errors. Tried to do it with Eu VPN. Same.
 

When I open CMD and type: telnet 190.115.18.15 2106 I am getting this:
