Quest bug Saga of the Sword Muse

Hi, my name is Ernestas, I have some problem with Sword Muse profession. Meeting Irene section I need to get Resonance Amulet 4, when I finished talk with Tablet Of Vision then spawned monster with name Fallen Angel Narcissus and NPC Moon Voice Irene. I killed monster and after I trying to speak with NPC Moon Voice Irene nothing happening. I have tried to repeat many times and still can't let talk to NPC and I don't get amulet. Maybe its bug? Yes I checked it, but the problem still are, now I talked with Tablet and nothing happens, the NPC Moon Voice Irene does not spawn. Maybe I need abort quest and start again?
