question about the internet connection

i am the player from Taiwan,

in these 2 months, each server in Taiwan encounters severe disconnected  situations, sometimes can be more than 20 times a day!

we try to make the company notice this problem, but the issue remains.

so i just like to know if the servers in US  has the same problem? or just happened to Taiwan.
