Most of you got used to write to our Support skype events.classic, and it made you forget that we have Support center, which from now on will be the only place you should come with your problems/questions. Skype events.classic will be used for urgent situations only and will have consultative nature. Due to the very large number of players on the server response time to the Ticket can be up to 24 hours Support Center work time - 10:00 - 22:00 CET In this tutorial we will show how to submit a ticket to Support center Log to the Account manager throught the website On your main acount page you will see "Tickets" By pressing there you will be redirected to the Support center. In case to create new Ticket, press "NEW TICKET" Fill the Ticket with all information including your question/problem/report And press "Send" Congratulations, Your Ticket has been created. Now by clicking "All my tickets" on the main acount page you can see your all created by tou Tickets. And wait for responcece 2 Share this post Link to post
