Koll Posted November 6, 2015 Report Posted November 6, 2015 (edited) - PK Scrolls from Dark Judge now available to use everywhere, not only in Floran.- PK Scrolls now can't be used while you have Karma.- Shout and Whisper channel are now available only from 21 level.
