[NOT BUG]Chat bug

Hey i cant chat in global "!" or in whispers it says i have to be above level 10. iam level 11. you can see on my screenshot.

If it requires Premium account to chat with other players it shuld say so. but here is a screenshot. & and you can test your self if you need more information

​With the recent patch, they increased the minimum lvl requirement to chat in "!" and whipers to lvl 21, but it seems they forgot to modify the in game warning.

We modify ingame working, but this warning store in your client. So you just doesn't have last patch.
