PK SCroll in classic can be used with Karma more than 0

but here it cannot be used.

No you can't use pk scroll with karma on Classic since 1.5 (Age of Splendor), it's the last update on RU.

​No but it's a good change because PK scroll are a plague and need to be rework like they did.

It's too easy for a PK to use a PK scroll with karma, you never reach 5pk+ and then you never drop, what is the point to be chaotic with that, no risk?
