So russians started sell items, and when they shift weapon. It's in their language. I don't know how others, but for my its annoying, because i dont understand witch item they are selling. + there are no icons.

Nothing to do here. If you want to keep only English letters - no problem. Russian speaking community will speak russian with English letters. Nothing to do here mate. It is international server.
