pin bug I type correct pin and game says pin is wrong

Hi, I was making offline shop yesterday using the offline shop item,

when I woke up I tryed to login back in game, game said that my pin was wrong,

even I typing it correctly. Now I'm afraid of the last try, because game says that if I try 5 times and fail,

I can't loggin account for 8 hours I tried 4 already!! I need help! I havent skype!

I got this problem sometimes but I fix it by re-logging

Relog, then type in your pin very, very slowly. Click the number, then let your cursor hover over it for about a second before you move on to the next number. Sometimes the game take quite a while to register the clicks.

sometimes the pin pad just doesnt work right. restart fixes it
