Please explain me for what we have the automatic movement banner to website L2OP.RU on english version of besite???

Maybe its ok for RU version of website but not for ENG

I enter there and i dont understand even 1 wrod...

 

This banner is also very big on mobile version of web..

for me the size is good, its small, but, that ranking web, you cant search l2classic chronicles  so you cant vote this server, maybe they are setting up the banner, and its not ready yet.

I suppose, if you click the banner you give them a vote in that ranking
