The Register button on main website doesn't work

Hey guys I'm new I'm trying to make an account for the game but the register button does nothing.

I fill in the lines and click 'Registry' and absolutely nothing happens.
It's not even stuck on loading like i've found in other comments.

So what to do?

I cleared the cache with Ad-blockers disabled and it worked!
