Problem with PIN

Hi, when i try enter the PIN game says is wrong, but i entered the correct number, even i use the option to recovery PIN to send to my email account, and it confirm my correct PIN, but it didnt work to enter game, and now i tryed 4 times enter, and if i try one more time my char will be blocked for 8 hours.

 

Edit: i changed the PIN and now its works.
