G2A Pay error. Paid and didnt get any CoL.

Could some GM help me? I bought 2 times from G2A using paypal and didnt get any CoL. Create tickets, opened a chat at Skype but still no answers.

I have this problem since yesterday. I also made a ticket but nothing changed. I belive that the team is working hard but I will come back on the server when is ready. I dont want to waste money and time in this kind of servers...
