i think you just have some graphic lags there and the guy you see dead is actualy killing mobs. you can see the recharger using recharge on it tho you see it dead.

It's visual bug on your part. For some reason you don't see that char was already resurrected and kill mobs.

This is just packet lost. So you don't get info from server that char was resurrected.
