Is there any cp or clan that use warlord for aoe withouth sws bd tank being active? 

Its very strange that people farm only with tanks, i thought that here it will be like in classic, for lure only warlords.

Is it even possible in dv make random party with one warlord and only supports + nukers. If so what lvl WL needed?

Yes, warlord can stun lock mobs, I watched a lv 43ish warlord pull 8-9 mobs in DV (shackles and cave servants), and kill them all solo in about 2-3 skill chains + melee, without heals.

 

make an SE and carry haste pots, you'd be just fine.

​Depends on the place you farm in DV. If mobs are social, like all the skeletons, you can use warlord party to do it.

On the other hand, if you go for gargoyles and wyrms it is impossible to make big trains without mass agro (you need tank).
