Login erroe on website

Hi, i cant log in in website with my display name, but i can with my email adress. However, when i log with email adress i just cant see my character there (This account has no characters). 

When i try to log with display name it says account or pass is incorrect, but it isnt, cause i can log in normaly in l2 client with same acc and pass.

I like to see my online time and auction, and checked it yesterday and it was ok, so this error started today.

Help me please, thanks and sorry for bad english.

Something probably needs rebooting. You cannot do anything in account manager right now. Seems to me like a database error of some sort. Don't worry people I'm sure it will get fixed quickly
