Ban without reason

При загрузке второго окна(минут через 5-10 после покупки первым премиума) вижу табличку что акаунт забанен за использование запрещенного по. Прошу проверить корректность в  ближайшие сроки, так как стороннее по никогда не использовалось. (загрузка второго окна долгая и с лагами так как железо не достаточно слаьое.)(были планы провести свободное время за игрой но неадекватность бана все нарушила, и зачем долго качать персонажа чтоб потом он был забанен без каких либо причин.)(slongon - имя аккаунта)(есть 3 макроса на разные комплекты бафа).

​Default win8. С момента бана не было перезагрузки и все процессы кроме клиентов остались.

​Оба окна выкинуло когда закончился премиум. Когда опять активировал на неделю запустить удачно оба уже не удалось.
