OL Buffs don't work for Alliance

Now that an alliance has been created on our favourite server, it' time to check the powerfull overlord buffs on alliance and... it works only on clan members.

I later updates of Lineage 2 like GoD (so Classic too) OL skills were changed:
- buffs work in party for non clan members
- buffs work only in clan, no more alliance

I believe if u are really that great alliance you should have at least ONE Overlord per 40 members, if you cant affrod it please uninstall game.
