What do you think about command channels being acceptable for level 3/4 clans? lets be honest, 15,000 POBS for a ally/command channel is insane. At least let us have a command channel since you know most clans would like to communicate via pts for raids etc.

Would provide a little bit of communication for clans that are slowly climbing with raids/etc.

​stop QQ and pay for clan lvl. 

btw CC can be made via scrolls or since clan reach level 4.
