Hello everyone, first of all I apologize for my clumsiness, but I simply forgot the 6-digit pin that is entered after the selection of my character. Is there any way to solve this without starting to play again? Beforehand thank you very much.

Why i need remember my PIN? Other servers dont have this shit system. I played on official and they DONT HAVE this too! Yes , mayby this help when someone get your password, but its wasting my time! Thats why i don't play AION , bacause i dont have time for this. Sorry, mayby tou have good server, but you forced people to do something whats is wrong. So won't play here. BB and hope in next server you will think about it.

Hello. I accidentally deleted the file with my pin saved, and now I'm trying to restore it, but after pressing the Recovery Pin button It says Loading and nothing happens after that.

So i created my char and made my pin.....i then wrote it again imediately after i created it and it says its wrong....and i cant even recover the pin cause at account panel at the website it just stucks at "Loading" when i press recover....i really wanted that name for my character T_T

Hi, I was making offline shop yesterday using the offline shop item, when I woke up I tryed to login back in game, game said that my pin was wrong, even I typing it correctly. Now I'm afraid of the last try, because game says that if I try 5 times and fail, I can't loggin account for 8 hours I tried 4 already!! I need help! I havent skype!

Yesterday I created a character, played from my house. Today I wanted to play from different computer, but L2 says I'm entering wrong PIN code. I did "Recover PIN" and got my old PIN code to e-mail. It still says the PIN is wrong. Can anyone help me?

My wife cant enter on her forum account, when she tries to reset her password the email is not sended to her Also she cant reset her PIN, when she goes on Account manager and click on reset PIN it says it was resset but nothing happens on game PIN's

Got DC then it doesnt accept my pin. What to do? haaaalp pls.
