Are there server rules in place about griefing other players?

Today I was killed repeatedly by a high level player in the same zone losing 12% experience points.

I understand PK is part of the game and am fine with it, however having someone 20+ levels greater than you fully buffed killing you repeatedly for no reason while exping is ridiculous.

So you were stupid enough to not understood with the first -4% and decided to tell us about it?  It's so simple - if you are strong enough - fight , if you are not ready yet- a lot of another spots awaits you.
