2 pointsdaggers are inferior to both archers and mages in old chronics or old chronics alike like this one, taking out a bow if you get rooted/slowed is not an answer, and we are talking like if a dager can 1hit everything, and trust me is not the case asuming ppl knows how to pvp and asuming somehow you got close to mages undetected/unharmed you still need to deal with, for example, agression, and is a lot easier to agro a dagger than a 800range mage/archer you guys also saying things like "all mages will have devotion, duh", well, everyone will also have no grade jewels if thats the case ppl who like daggers will defend it, but the class is as crappy here as it was in the older chronics, and whoever says daggers are "as great as they were in c1" well, clearly understands as little about pvp now as he did back on the day i said it before and i say it again, any melee dps with no skill to cut distance are bad compared to the range ones just for how the pvp in l2 works now that i made my point clear, not saying that is impossible to play a dagger and kill ppl, the class is fun and all, but dont expect it to be even comparable to mages/archers partys

2 pointsWhy classic? 1. Lineage was intended to be this way. The further updated and expansions were going - the more it was going away from its first idea - grinding gear endlessly so the consistency of different level players were always on. What I mean by that is having competition, many players on each stage of the game, starting from level 20 areas up to 50+. It's spread out. Considering the fact that people have different amount of spare time, you will get to see players everywhere. It s not like in Freya/God where everybody gets to level 85/100+ and then get bored of it after first heroes come out. Server FAIL, bla-bla... You know what I mean.... 2. Achieving things feels more rewarding. After long amounts of farming adena/loot/crafting pieces etc. it feels more rewarding to craft yourself a piece of gear or buy it with your adena that you farmed for 2 weeks. You drop a top C grade bow while farming mobs and your neighbour calls the police because of you screaming your lungs out, the excitement of that is never even close to compare with dropping a vesper thrower in Freya, for example. 3.No autoloot, no herbs, no stupid nevit system, no vitality, no instance zones that brakes economy completely. And most importantly, no 10-14 years old spoiled brats with inadequate, innapropriate and annoying behaviour(at least it will be a minority of them playing L2 Classic). Did I mention everything? Probably not. But this reasons are more than enough for me to choose L2 Classic over Freya/God etc. Edit: Of course, I forgot the most important thing: the HARDCORE! I mean, l2 Classic actually feels as hardcore as for example ripping your character in Diablo 3. Just think about it, losing 10% of your EXP on 55-60+ lvl will cost you at least one week of farming. And if you lose your weapon/armor it will cost you even more. You have to be always extremely cautious, make sure nobody is bringing a train of mobs on you or a warc/dwarf with endless stun. It s like you actually live your character through L2 and actually care about its well-being. OK, i m done now.

2 pointsthat's not entirely true. human daggers got dash, that's +40 speed for 15 seconds: http://www.classic-core.com/habilidades-human-rogue/ elfs and dark elfs have ranged skills with slow effect, and bleed adds slow too. entangle/FS+bleed = -40% movement speed. the only thing that will be eventually a problem for daggers are roots, since those can't be avoided. the only solution to that is to get a bow and use stun shot if you're getting kited. or try to gank your enemy when he's not expecting you. daggers were never meant to be straight-to-the-face classes anyway, they were more of a ganking class.

1 pointNCSOFT KR tried to do that also with their other MMO Aion. They made a "classic" like server with the new features but enough about that. Why are we still discussing about the server instead of looking Dr1MaR's avatar!

1 pointI have enough control with my goverment... I don't want any static price in the server... otherwise there's going to be a "black market" to avoid stupid jails from selling cheaper than the normal price.

1 pointActually Comercianta IS my boyfriend. You cant blame others for something you havent Yeah, I failed, whatever you want. But I have an education at least Oh, its pretty clear now why you are the only one supporting his whining idea... Next thing you know they're going to ask GMs to ban guilds that give members raid drops instead of making each member pay the guild bank a "comparable" fee to what it would cost on the market, lol.

1 pointwtf is wrong with ppl, so many trying to change things about the game lmao how about wasting that time trying to find things to fix instead?
