piece is a single target skill, this one is AOE for ALL monsters around. the reuse time is suposed to be long.

FIXED - Spoil amount for Varnish on monster Reinforced Stone Golem. (before amount from 1 till 1 now ammount from 1 till 7) FIXED - Silent Move skill values to remove 20 % speed as intended. FIXED - Problem causing Ice Bolt to not be able to be used on a force attack macro. FIXED - Fist Mastery passive skill not applying the speed debuff on target. FIXED - Pa'agrios Honor mana usage. FIXED - Problem making it impossible to use Life Rescue on a Flagged target even pressing CTRL key. FIXED - Soldier of Darkness monster missing in Cruma 2. FIXED - Fatal Counter skill not be able to crit. FIXED - Seal of Scourge skill not working properly still allowing targets afflicted by it to have their natural HP regen. FIXED - Some more weapons shot/spiritshot usage. CHANGED - Proof of Blood drop chance is now x3, same as it was before the update to not create unbalance for new comer clans.  

​Im a bounty hunter, it does not apply to me, i want my buffs >.<. Nevertheless, it does feel kinda unfair for summoners, even tho they have cure (poison removal), can use cubics for damage, you can cast ultimate defense on your summon, increase their magic defense, faster casting for heals and recharges (and more MP to support them), and transfer pain for PVPs. So... i dont know if i can side with you 100%

​ you must be kidding us If you haven't noticed, there is no newbie buff, no newbie ss/sps guest, no free soe to giran quest (so you can't beg for adena there until some lvl ), etc etc etc I think it's hardcore enough for newbies. The exp rate isn't really that high as it might look when you're killing gremlins, wait for higher lvl to see how hard you emorage because of lost % when some russian/brazilian peasant just comes by and PKs you for no reason (probably because he was beaten by his parents or bullied at school that day)...
