Sr never had it, from pr they removed it. I dont envy, especially not human male skin :D, i could reroll if i would want, but then i would not go for archer. This post is not "pls boost my char class" This post is "tell your opinion: should pr be the king of single target damage among archers, and not need recharger to use it when farming.

All weapons have the same casting speed and m.critical rate (except bows and spears that have less).

I just want to throw this idea and see where it gets NCP buffer, with basic buffs, only till people have lvl 40, which is the hardest to get, and so people could start seeing more classes and not just nukers and warlords some few tanks and supports...
