Because in a low rate classic server we are talking about rates and rates suck monkey balls spoilers will always have a slight advantage than the rest. Some people will go extra cheap just to buy a top No Grade from them to be the OP of the week. In other terms if you get lucky and get a full drop there will always be suckers to spend all their kinah so they can level up faster and if not selling useless junk on vendors will still fetch some dollar. *wink wink

Dwarves always seem to benefit from this by selling soulshots or other goodies. Don't worry too much in the beginning, everybody will be in the same spot. Just pick up quests in the hunting areas you were about to go anyway and try to to kill white mobs for more adena. Of course you ll need the help of a party so you ll avoid big cooldown but that's classic for you.

Some people think if they try to mess it up to see what's wrong they might make it worse so all options checked means full detail game but that's what the forum is about. A friendly community, an interaction if you will from player to player.

It would instantly lose all it's player database since it's too hard to start all over again and end up a dead project.

I d say a Spellhowler and Shilen Elder make a pretty damn good duo. Plus you start from the same village.

NCSOFT KR tried to do that also with their other MMO Aion. They made a "classic" like server with the new features but enough about that. Why are we still discussing about the server instead of looking Dr1MaR's avatar!

I didn't mind the Kamaels that much, i even liked it (kinda) up until Goddess of Destruction. After that it was all about "F@ck those kids, everybody rush to 65 where the fun begins and you can spend money on shop" so whole areas got wiped and everybody got forced to follow a straight line from that point and onward.

​...and before that there was this amazing game called Lineage II where Mario and princess used to live happily ever after. ​So many servers stuck among those chronicles but honestly not all offer that pure feeling and like mikeokslonger mentioned this is the old Lineage with a better UI. You couldn't wish anything better and Koreans knew that that's why they developed it.

​That reminds me...didn't you used to get 12 Gatekeeper Tokens up until Goddess of Destruction? Instead of players abusing freely the free teleports they could be offered 12 tokens and use them wisely up until their 20's. After that you have no business in newbie villages nor you are considered a newbie yourself.

I got a question though that can be answered only by the administrators but feel free everyone to guess this one. Of course there will be a character wipe after launch but what about the forums? Many people used them to just make suggestions and guesses, so will the forums get wiped?

​I loved hearing all that shining precious gold falling on the ground making that noise even if it was 12 adena for killing a keltir but the best was while killing mindless for hours to hear the sound of a full drop and BOOM! "Attention xplayer has picked up xitem!" OMG moment!

All this talk about this classic server and the date will come where this server will go live all making me think back in the old days when you saw starting villages with thousands of people literally and people PvP and PK from level 1 and all the struggle just to get the precious Brigandine armor.
