Guys and girls. Mizuno was, is and will stay banned on quicksh0t, mizuno, queenofpain and other his chars which were banned. As well as his hwid, which was banned, will stay banned forever. Clan. After clan leader is banned, players from this clan can ask for clan leader transfer. We know how hard it is to level a clan and don't want to punish all the clan who was working on it. So clan leader was changed by request of a player. How he got in clan - i can't say. Prolly clan members has invite privileges. I wasn't checking it personally. And about chevignon char. We can't say that this char was sold to him. We don't have any proofs about it. If you know it and have proofs, or any other proofs of him making any kind of illegal actions, please provide them to us and we will react. But till then we can't ban him due to lack of information. 

About today server crash Earlier there was a talk and explanation why server restarts are being made at this time. If short - maintenance here are not being made automatically, but manually. During most of them new updates/fixes are being installed. And every update requires at least 2 people presence - Koll and a scripter. To install fix, check it and refix if something went wrong. And for our scripter it's the only best possible time to be here for the maintenance. And also by server statistics it's the time with lower online.  About delay - Koll is working on fixing this also.

Dear players! Some functions are available to be made without creating a Ticket and waiting for Support assistance. You can do them instantly by yourself. These functions are: Name change Gender change   To change your character's name: 1. You need to log in your Master Account and press Edit in front of your character 2. Following window will open 3. Pick 1st option - Edit char name 4. Make sure You have 5 Euro on your account Enter New character name in a special field (In my case I'm changing name RndName for NewRndName) And press Confirm. If change was made successfully, you will see "Success" message on your screen. 5. Update your page and you will see that 5 Euro was removed from your account and the name was changed. Enjoy your game with new character name! IMPORTANT: If you want to swap names between characters or want to change it for the taken name (possibility to do it you can find here), you will have to create the Ticket to support and make it "old way".   Gender change. Will be shown on Dark Elf female, name for which we changed before 1. You need to log in your Master Account and press Edit in front of your character 2. Following window will open 3. Pick 2nd option - Edit gender 4. Make sure You have 5 Euro on your account Since you are changing the gender, the opposite will be shown in the window. And press Confirm. If change was made successfully, you will see "Success" message on your screen. 5. Now log in game and you will see that your character's gender was changed. Enjoy your game with new gender character!   Function to transfer the character is under construction and available only via Support Center!   Best regards, Classic Team
