    Dear friends!


    Most of you got used to write to our Support skype events.classic, and it made you forget that we have Support center, which from now on will be the only place you should come with your problems/questions.

    Skype events.classic will be used for urgent situations only and will have consultative nature.

     

    Due to the very large number of players on the server response time to the Ticket can be up to 24 hours

    Support Center work time -  10:00 - 22:00 CET


    In this tutorial we will show how to submit a ticket to Support center


    Log to the Account manager throught the website

    On your main acount page you will see "Tickets"

    By pressing there you will be redirected to the Support center.

    In case to create new Ticket, press "NEW TICKET"

    Fill the Ticket with all information including your question/problem/report

    And press "Send"

     

    Congratulations, Your Ticket has been created.
    Now by clicking "All my tickets" on the main acount page you can see your all created by tou Tickets. And wait for responcece

    Yesterday I created a character, played from my house. Today I wanted to play from different computer, but L2 says I'm entering wrong PIN code. I did "Recover PIN" and got my old PIN code to e-mail. It still says the PIN is wrong. Can anyone help me?

    Some bot programs are being updated really fast. And its really hard to check all last versions of all bots to block it. Anyway we are working on it and we have bot hunters doing their job. In next few days we will make very big anti bot system update.

    Dear friends!


    There was a lot of talks about our special shop yesterday. And we want to clarify our position.


    We would be really happy to make the server without any shops, donations, everything, but, unfortunately, we can't. Because times, when people were donating just to help the project, without getting anything (except the opportunity to play) in return have passed long ago. And we can't be running the project (pay for machines/DDoS protections/advertisement etc) from only our pockets. Invest thousands of Euros without any chance to cover the costs.


    All the money, we are getting from donations, are going back into the development of the project, on it's improvement, advertising. We are doing our best on building the server for players, and not like NCsoft just to fill their company pockets with crazy talismans/vitality etc updates.
    We believe, the shop we've offered you, won't affect the game. Tradeable CoLs won't kill the economy of the server because there are no insane items which everyone will want to buy. And most of items will stop being needed after a while.


    We are doing everything to make the server successful with a lot of happy players. Server for years. And we hope for your support and understanding.

    If you are a responsible person and you have enough free time and desire, then join our friendly team!

    Requirements:

    - Knowledge of the rules of our project, which you can find by clicking on the link Ingame chats rules
    - Discord (constant presence on Discord when you're in the game)

    3) How much time are you willing to give to moderating?
    4) At what time of the day you can moderate chats?
    5) Do you have moderator experience? If so, which?

    I've read through the rules of this server. And can't understand few things.
    1. Is this server international or no? If yes shouldn't main format of this server would be in International language?  alphabet ciphfre ?

    2. I've found on (Shout , trade) chat everyone talking nonsences of their own. Not to trade and stuff.. So this rule is useless. 
    3. So from what I saw that means anyone can type in their own language? I mean in (shout) chat and stuff? Because ATM i've found Russians like crazy chatting in their own alphabet.

     

    ​1.+ 3. We will add support for other characters so everyone will be able to talk in their language. But not at the start, it will take a bit more time. Russian players modified their clients so they can speak Cyrillic. And turning it off doesn't really make sense since they will keep talking Russian, but using Latin alphabet. For you it won't change anything.

    2. This is not Live server. We are not applying "no trade in shout " rule here. When server will go live it will be different + we won't have Global chat.

    Russian players modified their files to write with Cyrillic alphabet (they have a good advantage - ruoff client files), our original patch supporting only Latin. Turning it off now doesn't make much sence because they will keep talking in russian, but using Latin so non-russian speakers won't understand it anyway.

    We will implement other characters in the chat, but unfortunately now we are taking care of more important stuff. So chat for other languages will be added not at the start of the server.
