Ice crystal shards were stolen from Freya's palace. Freya fears that the crystals could make this winter unbearably cold for all Elmoreden residents, or that the winter may never end until all the crystals are returned to her palace. So she sent her Servant for your help!
Freya has also sent her Infinite Fighters which will destroy all the creatures in Elmoreden if you will not help. Let's not bring it to this, everyone is counting on you!
Hunt all monsters level 20+ and get from them
Ice Crystal Shards, which Freya's Servant can exchange for 
Freya's reward!
Every killed monster level 71 or higher can drop to you
Freya's invitation, so you and your friends can go and battle Infinite Fighters.
When you will have an invitation, make a party with your friends, and come to Freya's Servant.She will send you to the arena, where you will be facing Infinite Fighters (you can choose 1 of 4 arenas).
Remember! As soon as you will be teleported to the arena, there is no way back except for your death! (there is no exp or items loss on death on the arena). Every killed Infinite Fighter will spawn 2 more, so prepare for the hard challenge!
Every defeated Infinite Fighter will give 1
Infinite Fighter Armor Piece. These Armor pieces can be exchanged for various rewards, such as Freya's reward and 
Challenger reward at Freya's Servant. And there is also a chance for Fighters to give you 
Ice Queen's Tiara.
Do not forget to talk to Freya's Servant and get Freya's Blessing!
Buff improves every hour and lasts 4 hours in total.
Level 1 buff gives +3% EXP/SP
Level 2 - +5% EXP/SP
Level 3 - +9% EXP/SP
Level 4 - +15% EXP/SPBuff cooldown is 12 hours!
Event duration:
Items drop - 17.12.2022 - 13.01.2023
NPCs will stay till 16.01.2023
In order to see Event items client update after maintenance is required

We have been following comments about server rates very closely.Based on suggestions and it's discussion, we have a need to bring some important information to the light, so you understand why we have chosen rates to be x3 and not lower.
Classic EXP table is very different from older chronicles (C1 - Interlude - HF) which people are referring to while making EXP rate change suggestions.
Let me explain you how different it is with few numbers.
Note: EXP values for other chronicles are taken by us while making tests on C4 official PTS files, first leaked PTS files.
Video:On x1 Classic you need 3,041,801,165 EXP to level your character to level 70
On x1 older chronicles i listed above, that EXP will be enough to level 3 characters to level 76, 31.24%On x1 Classic you need a total of 5,963,335,189 EXP to get your character to level 76, so it is almost 6 76.3 level characters on x1 of older chronicles.
So EXP wise even x3 on Classic is harder than x1 on older chronicles, and it gets harder higher you get.
We understand that many of you thinks that lower rates number sounds more appealing (as you saw on other projects running on older chronicles), but we have been setting rates to x3 not because number 3 sounds funky or stuff like that, but because we have considered all the EXP difference and tried to make it hard, but not unbearable for some players.Here are 2 tables for you for more clarity
1 - C1 - HF Exp table. Numbers there may be not 100% accurate, but are very close, and our tests on C4 official PTS files confirm it.
2 - Classic EXP table, which was taken from official Classic wiki and our server is fully corresponds with it's numbers.

Right now i will clear 1 thing up just to be done with it's discussion.
And that thing is dualbox
It will NOT be limited per IP, and there are several reasons for it, 1 of which is really critical.
1. We can not limit family members/roommates playing from the same IP. We are not authorized to request any documents as a proof that there are more than 1 person playing from the same IP, and any other proofs can be easily forged.
2. To execute such limitation, we have to find and block every public and custom proxy. Here we will be facing 2 problems. Custom proxy are extremely hard to find and second - we have players, who have to use proxy in order to play to reduce ping to the server, overwise the game is unplayable. And in order to have successful server we need to be open to as many players as possible.
3. The critical reason - in order to have such limitation we can not have DDoS protection. Because every decent DDoS protection forbids us to collect player's IPs, implementing such limitation is physically impossible. We are not ready to risk server stability over such thing as IP box limit. -
We always did and will care of TI server
About your first proposal:
Offering such thing will not keep TI alive, quite opposite.
But either way we can not go for it, because of a very simple thing. New server is a completely independent server, where all players are equal as they were on TI start. We can not discriminate one group of people and benefit others just because they were playing on TI.
Dion is a server which has nothing to do with TI.We are not making any TI execution.
The Project needs to evolve, we can not stay on the same point for ever. And we see (not just because someone comes to us asking for a new server, but by results of pretty deep market analysis) that our move now is a right move.
TI server will keep living, being advertised and getting all what was listen in a starting topic.
Now we are preparing a new event, then we will start working on a plan for the next update. And we see, that many people are going to stay and keep enjoying the game on TI.-

If you are both Clan Leader and CP Leader, you can not participate in both categories, but have to pick 1!
If you are a Clan Leader of more than 1 Clan, you can still participate only once!For Solo players:
1. Create a post on the forum which will contain:
- What you are searching for (Clan and/or CP)
- Your class (if chosen)
- Your activity timeframe
- Contacts
2. Within a week after server start (14.01.2023 - 20.01.2023), send to Kse PM on the forum with a title "Solo Recruitment spree"
PM should contain the link to your recruitment post on the forum, which will include all information required and listed above + your ingame nickname.
After receiving your PM, you will be given your participation number.

- Nickname Change: 5 Euro (If the nickname is already exist, this change is possible only if the character with the nickname is level 1 and didn't logged into the game for more than 5 days).
- Sex Change: 5 Euro
- Character's transfer to another account: 10 Euro (If account has an active PA, PA stays on the account where it was activated)
- Clan name Change: 10 Euro (only available with request from Clan Leader)
- Character Look Change: 5 Euro (including Hair Color, Face, Hair Style)
- Character Deletion (Instant): 5 Euro
- Quick Clan Leader change: 10 Euro (only available with request from Clan Leader. This feature is not be available during sieges).
- Skills delevel: 5 Euro (Service description)

Our Talking Island x3 server is up and running for 7 years. It was opened before official EU/NA Classic servers and kept growing all these years, outliving those official servers.
7 years - a long period of time, and no one but us managed to create such a long living project and connect players from all over the world.
During this time we withstood a lot of difficulties, such as forced domain change, social network accounts and content bans, and many others.
And here we are, still standing strong.But for a very long time, we kept being asked for a new server, a fresh start, a new journey

As our veteran players already know, we are not blindly following NCsoft updates, so there is a list of differences for Dion x3 from official servers:
GENERAL:
- Game Chronicle - Classic 1.5
- Game Client - Antharas
- Max players level - 70
- One account allowed. Premium users allowed to log 1 additional account.
- Offline shops available. 1 Free + 1 with Offline ticket. Offline shops are not considered online players and will not interfere with account limit.
- Paid teleports from level 1
- Trade zone: Classic in the cities
- Soulshot/Spiritshot use numbers are equal to Classic 2.0
- Agathion bracelet system is not available
- Achievement system
- Daily Reward System
PLAYERS STATS:
- DEX bonuses slightly improved:
DEX 1-30: +0.9 → +1.2% per 1 point of DEX
DEX 31-99: +0.5% → +0.8% per 1 point of DEX
- WIT bonuses slightly decreased:
WIT 1-30: +5% → +3.5% per 1 point of WIT
WIT 31-99: +2.5% → +1.5% per 1 point of WIT.

Dear friends!
We have been saying it many times, but now it is a good time to repeat it again for everyone.
Talking Island x3 server WILL NOT be wiped.
On the contrary:
- It will keep running. So if you enjoy playing here and made Talking Island x3 your home, there is no need to go anywhere. Server is staying and will keep working for as long as our project is alive (and we are not going anywhere)!
- It will keep receiving updates! As now, we will keep watching over the server and work on new updates to improve players experience and bring new content to the game.
- It will keep having full support! New server will not affect support speed for Talking Island players.
We are very grateful for all the support during entire 7 years, no matter if you was with us from the start or joined our family not long ago. All of you are in our hearts. Server would not survive and grow into what it is right now without you and your support. We will keep bringing new updates, our custom ideas, events, will be sharing sad and cheerful moments with you. We are very grateful that one day you chose us, and we will continue doing all in our power to bring you the best the game can have.
In the undetermined future new server Dion x3 is planned be merged into Talking Island x3.
