It'll never let you lose a target. Only give the target to the next person on the aggro table.. basically its a shit skill

Bump. Still ongoing... Set it up successfully on lv5 char. And set it up once successfully on lv21 char as a test for 1 Adena an it worked.. but now with real price it won't work!

The lv5 can make a buy shop for arrows, and a sell shop. Why can't the lvl21 make it?
