Dion Castle Guard Respawn

How did the guards respawn on dion after castle was taken by another clan? As this is not possible on any other classic build, is this somethng we have to look foward to on classic club. Random respawns on already owned castles.

when the castle is taken by another clan, the guards/castle our respawned, not all, but some. its not a bug.
