Haven't got the event pickaxe

Hello,

i've collected 30 pieces of gold, went to the event NPC and wanted to participate in the event. i've lost my 30 pieces of gold, got a gold bar, but no pickaxe, thus i can not mine the stones. Am i dumb or is it my luck?

You are using incorrect patch, download our patch from website or download update and use it.

Thank You, and i hope running "Lineage2Classic_Updater" is enough to update?

p.s. i can not even write a ticket, haha, i press send, the whole text gets some symbols, i try to press send again but nothing happens. A new ticket doesn't occur in my tickets either.
