Suggestion: 3rd Class Skill Book Exchange System

After completing the 3rd class transfer, certain skills require a 3rd Class Skill Book to learn.
Currently, these books can be obtained in the following ways:

1. Exchanging Olympiad Marks received from participating in Olympiad battles.

2. Random drops from certain Raid Bosses.

3. Exchanging a specific item called Magical Tablet for a chosen skill book.

However, the first two methods provide random 3rd class skill books, which means that in many cases, players receive books they cannot use.
While the third method allows selecting the desired book, the required Magical Tablet is extremely expensive —
as a result, learning a specific skill can cost over 200kk adena.

Therefore, I would like to kindly suggest introducing a Skill Book Exchange System that allows players to trade in unnecessary books for the ones they actually need.

For example:
If players could exchange two unwanted 3rd class skill books for one desired book,
it would help balance the market by consuming the excess books from less popular classes and making it easier to obtain the more demanded ones.

Recently, the drop rate of 2nd class skill books was increased, making them much easier to obtain.
However, 3rd class skill books are still quite difficult to acquire, and many players are struggling because of this.

I believe such an exchange system would greatly improve balance and convenience for all players.
