patch problem

hello,i am new here i have problem with patch i downloaded client after patch english,i unzip patch and i copy paste into the client i run l2.exe from system and i have error which says (windows cannot access the specified device,path or file.you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item) what is that?? after this l2.exe converted notebook,i try run updater but nothing!!

You should always run L2 from updater, maybe take a screenshot?

try to use launcher (add it in l2 folder and run it)

​Hello. Windows telling you that you don't have permissions to your own device, it's not with patch, so you better check this problem on Microsoft site.
