One year character creation gift

As the title says,will there be any gift for one year character creation anniversary? This fuction works at most servers from NPC Alegria. Earlier, some of my clanmates received a mail from that npc about character birthday but without any gift!!

Its easy. Bad boys and grills as u get nothing. Good guys as me get BoP +16 with big thx from gm team.

I cannot exp or play this game any longer until I recieve my birthday gift.
