Wolf Quest

I just hit level 15 with my dwarf. I went to Gludin to seek pet manager Martin for the quest, but I can not find him. Where is he ?

there are no wolfs on classic version of l2 till now.

Actually it was available first few days of opening, I got mine before they deleted the quest+NPC:

But I only managed to buy some basic fangs before they deleted the NPCs so it's getting weaker with every level  But as a solo EE it's still very helpful, even around 50 he still hits much stronger than me so it's something  It's a good dog, doesn't eat much, doesn't bark at all, just sometimes he get upset when his master is trying to make admins confused with made up stories
