Cant buy or shell coins of luck in privete shops

i tried to buy sell coins of luck in the shops with my char  in giran harbor and i coudnt should i report it here or open a ticket?

i had same problem when i tried to set up buy shop, but sell shop was fine, also there are 2 types of coins, 1 tradeable, 1 not, but thats not the case i believe

considering something like that happened to me as well, i doubt its just your char problem but rather some bug with CoLs shops

well, i dont really need it anymore, just saying its possible bug, so maybe it could be added on list with low priority or something and could be looked over if there is time
