Maybe it's depends on who you use this fear ? Maybe gat of levels are smaller or your opponent have better jewelry ?

​he said he tested it on player of same level, also if the jewelery is not epic (which i doubt in this case), better or worse doesnt make difference (tho i doubt its bug, i guess just some guy is unlucky)

When test server will be open for players ? We cant test nothink. But every restart we see different things are changed but admin dont change...  someome cry abaut stun on nex restart we see stun dont land at all. 80 % of wl reroll or change class. Then ppl cry abaut sleep, and what we see. Restart and sleep are useles skill. Last week was posts abaut feer. And last two days from pvp my feer land rate is 0.  What is going on server... i have the same epics. But cant feer or silent ppl who are less lvl and dont have epics. I dont cry now :) just facts and pvp every day show different stats what must be :)
