ProGressive 740 Report post Posted December 10, 2016 Thats what happen when they start making custom changes on Skills, the chaos born... they claim to "balance" but if you want to balance classes you should change a lot of skills and stats on chars, like necro, glads, tirants, wit, stun, and going on... the rule is clear on this l2 world, not matter what... NEVER TOUCH THE SKILLS.Thats happened not because they changed the skill, it happened, because they changed the skill before making it work normal.For example summoners, everyone knew they are bad in 1,0 but staff didn't put straight pet buffs and shots, first we tested it then they decided to boost them. Same here, first community wants to test it how it is on normal classic and only then change. Adding something before we even tryed is like stealing cherry from the cake.
