Launcher not working

I can't run the game with the launcher. Click to start and nothing apear on the screen. I can only run the game throught the system shortcut. I downloaded the launcher again on the website, but it didn't solve the problem.

i don't have any other l2 in task manager. it simples don't open the launcher. I reset my pc and still not working.

It doesn't open launcher or doesn't open game from launcher? 

Need to make some tests with Process Monitor on your PC or you can make it by your self. 

This is just part of what must happen when you push "Start" in updater.

 

You can download this program from microsoft site.

BUT!!! After you make all tests in order to start playing you will need to restart your PC. L2 won't start with process monitor.

Check antivirus, maybe he is blocking.
