Transfer Character "Problem". Please explain...

i have requested a character tranfer from my master account to a new one so i can box him. the answer that i received was this

This service cost 10 euro and you must provide some information:

- The exact date and time of your account registration
- Your IP
- Information about the donation (date and amount of donations)
- Send on our e-mail: [email protected] mail with this ticket ID, it should be done from the e-mail, which registered this account (without access to the current e-mail you can't transfer a character to another account)
- After mail sending, write about this in the ticket

I just want to ask.

1. exact date and time of what account registration? the master or the other? and how am i supposed to remember when i created it? i dont have it tattooed in my arm...
2. what information about donation? donation to what? from what account? all of them? the last one?

1) If you don't remember exact date - just answer something.

2) About donations better to know date, what system you used and amount.

It will help to understand if you are owner or not.
