scavenger craft lvl 2?

Sorry im noob to this game, my scavenger is lvl 22 and the craft "create common item: lvl still 1 and i cant find how to lvl it to 2? and its not showing in learn skill.

pls help.

Scavenger (and Bounty Hunter) do not get crafting level upgrades after lvl 1 . It specialises in the "spoiling" aspect of the game.

Artisan(and Warsmith) do get the ability to learn crafting recipes after lvl 1.

scavengers can also crystallize D grade stuff, but can't break anything higher than D grade.
