For example in Hunt of the black lion i don't think that mobs drop the cargos? But i need more info from people who tried them. I specified these quests because they seem ok to try at 25-26 level and the rewards (at least in description) seem pretty decent in comparison with other quests and the zones are decent for leveling as well.
