Error: can not resolve hostname

Hi ppl how are you?
 

I had to format the computer and when I installed the game it gives me the error "can not resolve hostname".
I was reading and researching, delete the "hostS" file from the System32 folder etc and I could not solve it. Is it possible to add the IP manually or do you know of any other solutions?
