Newbie limitations

Hi, I am fairly new in this server.

My suggestion: remove the chat limitations for chars below lvl 20, how noobs are supose to communicate between them and form parties, coordinate in combat, etc. I know there are other ways like skype or discord, but how do you ask for it when you can't use the chat.

Increasing the level to 20 occupies 1 hr.

If you plan on adding premium to box another char, just add it to your main char and u'll be able to talk from lvl1.

Or else just finish this lvl 20 (cmon there is no pt on those lvls, and if u have a friend for lvl 10 party u'll be able to communicate in party)

Maybe with top gear, but it is true that takes just a few hours.

And for the sake of curiosity, why does this chat limitation exists anyway.

to force RMT bots exp chars untill 20 to spam pms on you that they wts adena

instead of making a program who emails you every day a list of adena sellers they ban your right to speak until lv.21

Then, the send mail limitation should be lvl 20 as well ( now is just lvl 10). A char lvl 10 can spam your mail box with RMT.

This is useful too, but the discussion turned into whether or not the "send mail" limit could be raised from lvl 10 to 20 or even more", in favor of making more difficult for RM Traders contact you in game through this system, complementing the chat limit that serves this purpose as well.
