The disappearing updater is getting annoying

*updater disappears*
*disables antivirus*
*finds the downloaded updater file*
*copies the file*
*runs the updater again*
*opens game*
*accidental password typo*
*game crashes*

It's just getting tiresome... Is there any way to fix the disappearing updater permanently without uninstalling the antivirus?

ain't work, I add entire L2 folder to an exception but Avast still thinks the updater is trying to murder me, it's some heavy stuff that updater
