Lost mail

hello guys, jerryz was trying to send me mail with 77 runes then he got disconnect, after logging again he found out the runes was counted and sent away but i havent received any mail from him

pls if possible, can you somehow check log from char: TieuThuYen and Kiddy?

What runes? Name and level. And when it was?

I see Kiddy getting 77 Runes with mail from TieuThuYen at: 11/09/2017 03:12:08.852

Runes was send: 11/08/2017 19:21:04.367

So there was another mail later with same amount of runes?

yes, there were 2 mail, 1 with 77 runes + 1 EAB, 1 with just 77 runes

I see you send 77 to another char "Ban***o"

Also installed backup on test server from 11/09/2017 00:00:01 and you don't have any Runes. And first time you get items from mail or trade was at: 11/09/2017 18:14:02.087

So as I understand you couldn't have Runes at time you gave.
