Critical rate - Hunter Song

Hi everybody, my question is pretty simple.
Does Hunter's Song (+100% P. Critical Rate) affect also physical skills? In other words, do skills like "Hurricane assault", "Force Burst", "Sonic Storm" ecc.. gain benefit from the song and other P. Crit. rate buffs? Or crit. rate. buffs are only for standard melee damage?

If i'm right the critical atack rate is only for basic attacks. Critical on skills depends only on STR stat. So the buffs focus, death wisper, dance of fire, song of hunter, etc. do not change the critical rate or critical damage of your skills.

Ok so, first of all let's take a look at this: Character's Stats - Basis
STR affects P. Attack (general damage output) and, of course, P. Critical damage (damage on critical hit). Any physical skill rely on STR stat for the dmg output, the logic goes.
So, buffs enhancing P. Atk. and P. Critical Damage (directly like Death Whisper/Dance of Fire or indirectly, like Might) increase the physical damage output, whether it is dealt by standard attack or skill.

Talking about Critical rate (chance to land a critical hit) it is affected by DEX.
But buffs (like Focus/Hunter) enhancing the Critical Rate should also increase the chance to land a critical hit from skills (not every physical skill can land a critical, watch out).
This should be pretty simple but I find a lot of confusion.. Buffs like Might/Dance of Warrior affect skills. So why Focus/Hunter Song should not?

Because of formula of the skill, it simply doesnt depend on critical rate of your character whether you crit with skill or not, thats why focus or hunter song wont increase your chance to crit with skill, because crit chance is nowhere in the formula. On the other hand, P. atk is inside of formula for warrior skills, thats why might and dance of warrior affects dmg of these skills, because they affect P. atk and thus increase value from formula.

hunter song just influence the crit rate of general attacks (aka melee hits, bow shoots)

Crit Chance of skills is just modified by Str or the skill lvl themself (for example on dagger)

Not sure about the effect of DW and Fire on dmg durring skill crit. Can some-one confirm?

It doesnt affect normal skills, crit modifiers are applied only to dagger blows and auto attacks.
